- 1 Pound Boneless chicken thighs
- 2 TS Olive Oil
- 1 TS Chili Powder
- 1 TS Cumin
- 1 TS Paprika
- 1 TS Garlic Powder
- 1 TS Onion Powder
- 1/2 TS Salt
- 1/4 TS Black Pepper
- Make marinade by mixing olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the thinly sliced meat in the marinade, making sure it is evenly coated. Keep it in fridge for flavour or marinate it for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook marinated meat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before cutting into small pieces.
- Heat corn tortillas in a hot oven or directly over gas flame for a few seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the street tacos by placing a few slices of cooked meat on each tortilla. Top with diced onion, cilantro, salsa, lime juice, and other desired toppings.
