These protein pancakes are a nutritious and delicious way to start your day. Packed with healthy ingredients like rolled oats, protein powder, and cooked bananas, they provide a satisfying breakfast option. Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Powder of your choice (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, or your preferred flavor)
- 1 Pcs Banana, ripe
- 2 Pcs Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk of your hoice (e.g., almond milk, soy milk)
- 1 Tea S Baking Powder
- Dash of Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, or other flavorings Optional
- Cooking oil or additional butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they have a fine flour-like consistency.
- Add protein powder, cooked banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, and any optional flavorings to a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth batter.
- Put cooking oil or butter to make surface lightly greasy and heat the skillet.
- For each panscake, Put around 1/4 cup of batter. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked protein pancakes to a plate and keep them warm in a low oven (about 200°F or 95°C) while you cook the rest of the batter. Repeat it until it is used.
- Serve the protein pancakes warm with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries, sliced bananas, nut butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
