Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Powder of your choice (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, or your preferred flavor)
  • 1 Pcs Banana, ripe
  • 2 Pcs Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of your hoice (e.g., almond milk, soy milk)
  • 1 Tea S Baking Powder
  • Dash of Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, or other flavorings Optional
  • Cooking oil or additional butter for greasing the pan

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they have a fine flour-like consistency.
  • Add protein powder, cooked banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, and any optional flavorings to a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth batter.
  • Put cooking oil or butter to make surface lightly greasy and heat the skillet.
  • For each panscake, Put around 1/4 cup of batter. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
