Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbs flax seed - ground
  • Handful ice
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • ½ c plain yogurt
  • 1 c skim milk
  • 1 c strawberries
