Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 to 2 jalapeƱos (see note above)
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except for olive oil in a blender or food processor
  2. Pulse until smooth
  3. Stream in olive oil.Serve chilled (see serving suggestions above).
