  • 2 - 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 C carrot, diced
  • 1 C celery, diced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
