  • 2 tsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 cups cooked mung bean noodles
  • 5-8 radishes
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce


  1. Remove roots and leaves from the radishes and discard
  2. Wash and thinly slice the radishes
  3. Rinse the mint leaves (if needed) and tear into small pieces
  4. Divide the noodles among 4 small bowls (for a side dish) or two bowls (for a main dish)
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar and pour over noodles
  6. Arrange radish slices and mint in each bowl of noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  7. To eat, mix well to make sure everything is well coated in dressing.
