  • vanilla stevia or natural sweetener - to taste
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup oats (old fashioned or quick cooking)
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin (unsweetened)
  • pinch salt
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
