Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. M&M's
  • 1 box instant pumpkin spice pudding (3.4 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again
  3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, pudding mix and salt
  4. Slowly add to the butter mixture
  5. Stir in the M&M's and chocolate chips by hand.Use a teaspoon to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet
  6. Bake at 375* for 8-9 minutes
  7. They will appear undone, but they will set up while cooling
  8. Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack
  9. Store in a sealed container
  10. Makes about 48 cookies.
