Ingredients

  • ΒΌ c fresh dill - minced
  • 1 lb green beans - trimmed
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a steamer basket over 2 inches of water and bring to boil.Steam green beans for about 4-5 minutes, until bright green
  2. *Do not over cook.*Meanwhile, wisk lemon juice with olive oil, dill, salt and pepper.Remove steamed green beans from pot and place in a bowl.Toss well with lemon dill mixture and serve immediately.
