Ingredients

  • ¾ c butter
  • 2 T cornmeal
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 9-inch pie crusts, baked
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 t vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine all ingredients except crusts.Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.Pour evenly into pie crusts.Bake 350F for about 10 minutes or until golden.Cool completely
  2. Makes 2 pies.
