Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chips, optional
  • 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Liquid (I used half water, half skim milk)
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1½ Tbs Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tbs Splenda

Instructions

  1. Heat liquid in a sauce pan over medium heat
  2. Once simmering, add oats and salt, cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  3. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients until well combined
  4. Top with a few chocolate chips and enjoy.
