Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon + sprinkle for the top
  • ½ generous cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fresh ice
  • 1 tablespoon shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (I used Silk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Fill blender with all ingredients and blend until ice is crushed.Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
